The collections

Begin with the mattress, the part of the bed that touches you all night, then choose the base that fits the way you live.

Latexpedic natural latex mattresses

Every Latexpedic mattress is built from pure natural Talalay latex, completely reversible, quilted on both sides and covered by a 20-year warranty. Certified organic GOLS latex with GOTS cotton and wool is available on request.

Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your child wakes up coughing, and you lie awake listening.

It starts after lights out. A dry cough, then another, then sniffling that goes on for hours. You check the window, wash the sheets in hot water and buy another pillow cover, but the mornings still bring puffy eyes and a tired, cranky child. You keep wondering what might be hiding in the mattress itself.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress gives your child a cleaner place to sleep. Natural Talalay latex resists dust mites, one of the most common indoor allergy triggers, and there are no synthetic foams or chemical-smelling materials inside. Two 3-inch layers provide gentle, even support for a growing spine, and the quilted, zippered cover with handles makes the mattress easy to flip and care for. Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, with every core rated for firmness in nine separate areas. Completely reversible and backed by a 20-year warranty, it is a healthier bed that will grow right along with your child, from first sleepover to graduation day.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your partner is bigger than you, and you keep rolling into the dip on their side.

Every night you start on your side of the bed, and every morning you wake pressed against your partner, pulled downhill into the trough their weight has carved into the mattress. You cling to the edge, your hip aches from the slope, and they complain that you are crowding them. Neither of you is sleeping well, and it is nobody’s fault.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress keeps each of you on level ground. Natural Talalay latex supports each point of the body independently, pushing back exactly where weight presses down rather than sagging across the whole surface, so a heavier partner does not create a valley for you to roll into. Three 3-inch layers keep both spines aligned, and because each layer zips inside the quilted cover, the firmness can be tailored. The 10-day firmness exchange makes adjustments easy for a flat $89. Reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it lets you both sleep in your own space.

Latexpedic

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

You finally retired, and you wake up feeling older than ever.

You planned this chapter for decades: slow mornings, travel, the grandkids and the garden. But every day starts with a stiff back and sore hips, and it takes an hour and two cups of coffee before you feel ready for anything. The years of work are behind you, yet your mattress is still making you pay for them.

The Ultimate 12-Inch is the reward you earned. A 6-inch natural latex core gives steady, even support, while 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom ease the pressure on hips and shoulders, each sealed in its own zippered chamber. Cotton and wool quilting on both sides breathes for a fresh, comfortable surface, and the fully reversible design gives you two luxurious sides. If your needs change in the years ahead, a single layer can be exchanged instead of replacing the whole mattress. Hand-crafted with four firmness choices, four handles and a 20-year warranty, The Ultimate makes every morning of retirement begin the way you always imagined it would.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

Your doctor told you to sleep with your knees bent, and the pillow ends up on the floor.

It made sense in the exam room: a pillow under your knees takes strain off your lower back. But by 2 a.m. the pillow has slid away, your legs are flat again and the ache is back. You fish around in the dark, stuff it back in place and lose another half hour of sleep, night after night.

The Electropedic WH2 holds the position for you. Raise the foot section at the touch of a button, and your knees settle into a gentle bend that stays exactly where you set it, all night long. Raise the head too, and you have a supported, reclined position that takes pressure off your lower back. Built-in massage relaxes tight muscles, and the wall-hugging design keeps your nightstand within reach. The WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed, comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, and carries a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame. No more fishing for pillows in the dark.

Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

Every time you lie down, the cough starts all over again.

During the day it is manageable. But the moment you lie flat, the tickle starts in your throat and the coughing begins, again and again, until you sit up just to make it stop. You doze off propped against the headboard, slide down, and the whole cycle repeats. The cold is bad enough; losing your sleep to it is worse.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion lets you rest at an angle that feels better. Raise the head to a gentle incline that many people find eases nighttime coughing and congestion, and it stays put, so you never slide down. Lift the foot slightly to stay comfortable, and let two low-noise massage motors help you relax. Three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote remember your favorite position, and one touch returns you to flat once you have recovered. Soft under-bed lighting guides trips for water, USB-A and USB-C ports keep your phone charged, and a 10-year limited warranty backs it for years of healthy, restful sleep.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

You love your headboard, and every adjustable bed you see means giving it up.

You chose it carefully, and it anchors the whole bedroom. But the adjustable beds you have looked at either cannot attach to a headboard or pull away from the wall every time they move, leaving a gap and a nightstand out of reach. You want the comfort, but you are not willing to wreck the room to get it.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion keeps your headboard and your style. It includes headboard brackets, and its wall-saver design moves you back toward the wall as you sit up, so your nightstand stays right beside you. The upholstered deck-on-deck base and 8-inch tapered legs look like fine furniture on their own. Then come the comforts: adjustable lumbar support for your lower back, active head tilt for reading, dual head and foot massage, Zero-G and one-touch flat. An 18-button wireless remote with three presets, under-bed lighting and USB-A and USB-C charging complete it. Your bedroom stays beautiful, and your bed finally becomes as comfortable as it looks.

Ergomotion

Dawn House Smart Bed

Her eyesight is fading, and the tiny buttons on the remote are impossible.

She squints at the controls, presses the wrong button and ends up flat when she wanted to sit up. At night it is worse: she cannot see the floor, cannot find the light switch and has to call someone just to get comfortable. She has always been independent, and failing sight is taking that away one frustration at a time.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion listens. With built-in voice control, she can raise the head, lift her feet or recline into Zero-G simply by asking, no buttons required, and the backlit remote is there when she prefers it. Motion-activated under-bed lighting glows the moment her feet reach the floor, lighting her path without a search for switches. The bed raises and lowers for steady sitting and standing, and an optional support rail adds confidence. Non-contact biometric sensors track heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, and the Dawn House app shares how her night went. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it gives her independence back.

Ergomotion

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

You use a walker now, and getting from the bed to standing is the hardest step of all.

Once you are up, the walker gets you where you need to go. The trouble is getting up. The bed is low, the mattress edge sinks under your weight, and pushing yourself upright while reaching for the walker feels like a balancing act you might lose. Every morning starts with a moment of dread.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion closes that gap. The entire platform raises up to 7 inches, bringing the bed to a height where your feet rest flat and standing to your walker takes less effort. Raise the head first to help you sit up, then rise from a steady, supportive surface. Under-bed LED lighting shows the floor, and optional support rails give you something firm to hold during the transition. Zero Gravity, gentle full-bed tilt and head and foot articulation keep you comfortable at rest, while silent-drive motors and a three-preset wireless remote keep it simple. Rated for 750 pounds, Ascend makes the first step of every day the easy one.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

Chemo leaves her so weak that getting out of bed takes everything she has.

On treatment days she can barely lift her head. Sitting up to sip water, swinging her legs over the side and standing to reach the bathroom used to be nothing, and now each feels like climbing a hill. You help as much as you can, but you see how much every effort costs her, and it breaks your heart.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL saves her strength for what matters. At the touch of a button the head rises so she can sit up without effort, the foot lifts for comfort, and the whole base moves from about 13 inches to nearly 21, so she can stand from just the right height and you can help without straining. Whisper-quiet motors keep her rest undisturbed, and optional dual-timed massage soothes aching muscles. Locking casters, optional side rails and wireless or wired controls keep her safe and in control. In Twin, Full, Queen and Split King, it looks like a beautiful residential bed, letting home feel like home through the hardest days.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

Your father refuses the hospital bed because it looks like a hospital.

The doctor recommended it, the family agreed and the rental company dropped one off. Dad took one look and said no. He will not sleep on rails and steel in the bedroom he shared with Mom for fifty years. So he keeps struggling with a bed that does not help him, and everyone is stuck between his pride and his safety.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master respects both. It is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed that raises his head, lifts his knees and raises or lowers the whole bed for safer transfers and easier caregiving, yet it comes in Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, so it looks like a real bedroom bed. Pair it with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress and good bedding, and it fits right into the room he loves. The illuminated wireless hand control lets him adjust everything himself. Our own team delivers it to Compton, sets it up and shows him how it works, so the bed he needs becomes one he accepts.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

She can’t change position on her own, and lying in one spot all night hurts.

Arthritis has stiffened her joints until shifting her weight is nearly impossible. By midnight her hips ache and her shoulders burn, and she calls out to be repositioned. You come running, gently turn her, prop the pillows and go back to bed, only to hear her call again two hours later. Neither of you remembers the last full night of sleep.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master changes her position without anyone lifting her. Five fully electric motors control the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the entire frame. Raise or lower her head and knees, or tilt the whole bed with Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg to ease pressure on the places that ache, all from a simple handset she or you can use. Hi-low height brings the bed up for caregiving and down for safer transfers. Available in Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King and paired with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress, it brings comfort to her nights and rest to yours.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

You’ve rented a heavy-duty hospital bed for a year and paid enough to buy one.

It was supposed to be temporary. Then the months added up, and every invoice reminded you that you are pouring money into a bed you will never own, one that creaks, has worn controls and looked tired the day it arrived. You would buy one in a heartbeat if you knew which bed was truly built to last.

The Tuffcare T7036 and T7042 are built to own. Heavy-duty steel construction stays solid and quiet for years. The T7036 is rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds on a 36 by 80-inch deck, and the T7042 widens to 42 by 80 inches for extra room to turn. Fully electric hi-low operation raises the bed for caregivers and lowers it for safer transfers, and Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning meet medical needs at home. Optional rails add security. Electropedic matches every Tuffcare with the right mattress, then delivers it, sets it up and services it locally, so the money you spend finally stays with your family.

Questions from Compton customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to Compton?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout Compton and all of California with its own staff, working from the Burbank showroom at 907 N. Hollywood Way. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 727-1954 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I try these beds before I buy?

Yes. Every model is on display at the Burbank showroom, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
