The collections

Begin with the mattress, the part of the bed that touches you all night, then choose the base that fits the way you live.

Latexpedic natural latex mattresses

Every Latexpedic mattress is built from pure natural Talalay latex, completely reversible, quilted on both sides and covered by a 20-year warranty. Certified organic GOLS latex with GOTS cotton and wool is available on request.

Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

You can’t flip your heavy mattress anymore, and it shows.

The salesman said to rotate it every few months. Years ago you managed, wrestling it around with a little help. Now it is far too heavy to budge, so it sits in the same position night after night, sinking deeper where you sleep. You feel the hollow every time you lie down and the stiffness every time you get up.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress is made to be managed. Its slim profile and sturdy handles make turning and rotating far easier, and because it is completely reversible, with quilting on both sides, every flip gives you a fresh, even surface. Two 3-inch layers of pure natural Talalay latex provide buoyant support that springs back instead of sagging, and every core is date-stamped, serialized and rated for firmness in nine separate areas. Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, with a zippered cover and natural resistance to dust mites. Protected by a 20-year warranty, it gives you a mattress you can care for on your own.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your mattress squeaks every time you move, and the whole house hears it.

Roll over and the springs creak. Sit up and they groan. Get up for a glass of water and the bed announces it to your partner, the baby monitor and probably the neighbors. You have started lying perfectly still just to avoid the noise, which is no way to get a good night’s sleep.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress is beautifully quiet. There are no coils to creak and no springs to groan, only three 3-inch layers of natural Talalay latex that move silently with you. Turn over, sit up or slip out of bed, and nobody hears a thing. The latex cradles shoulders and hips while keeping your spine aligned, and because each layer zips inside the quilted cover, the firmness can be tailored. The 10-day firmness exchange swaps a layer for a flat $89 if you want a change. Reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it lets your whole household sleep in peace.

Latexpedic

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

When everything hurts, even lying down feels like work.

Some mornings your whole body aches before you have moved at all. Your hips, shoulders, knees and back each take a turn, and every pressure point seems to light up wherever you touch the mattress. Doctors, medications and stretches help a little, but at night there is no escaping the surface you lie on for eight long hours.

The Ultimate 12-Inch was made for bodies that feel everything. Its 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom let tender pressure points sink in gently, spreading your weight evenly instead of concentrating it where it hurts. Beneath them, a 6-inch natural latex core keeps your spine supported and aligned. Each layer rests in its own zippered chamber, so the feel can be adjusted to suit your body, and cotton and wool quilting on both sides keeps the surface breathable and soft. Fully reversible, hand-crafted with four firmness choices and four handles and protected by a 20-year warranty, The Ultimate turns your bed into the gentlest place in your day.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

Your husband’s snoring sends you to the couch most nights.

It starts minutes after he falls asleep and rattles on until dawn. You nudge him, he rolls over, and ten minutes later it starts again. Earplugs fall out, the fan cannot drown it out, and eventually you take your pillow to the living room. You both miss sharing a bed, and you are both exhausted.

The Electropedic WH2 can bring you back together. Raising the head of the bed to a gentle incline helps many people breathe more easily and snore less, and with the WH2 that adjustment takes one touch. Choose a Dual Queen or Dual King, and his side can rise while yours stays exactly how you like it. Built-in massage helps you both unwind, and the wall-hugging design keeps nightstands within reach. The WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed, comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, and carries a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame. Your bedroom can be quiet again.

Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

Leg day was yesterday, and today you can barely get out of bed.

You pushed hard at the gym, and you are proud of it. Then you wake up with thighs that refuse to bend and a lower back that protests every move. Lying flat stiffens everything, the foam roller is downstairs, and you have a full day ahead. Recovery is supposed to make you stronger, not keep you up at night.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion turns your bed into a recovery station. Press Zero-G and your legs rise above your heart while your back settles into a supported curve, taking the load off sore muscles and your spine. Two low-noise massage motors work through the tightness while you unwind. Head and foot articulation lets you find the angle that feels best, and three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote save your favorite recovery positions. One touch returns you to flat for deep sleep. USB-A and USB-C ports keep your phone charged, soft under-bed lighting helps on stiff morning steps, and a 10-year limited warranty backs it all.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

A Saturday in the garden, and your lower back is done by sundown.

Weeding, digging, hauling bags of soil across the yard in the valley heat. The garden looks beautiful, but by evening your lower back is tight and aching, and every position in bed seems to make it worse. Lie flat and it stiffens. Sit up and there is nothing behind the spot that hurts.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion gives your lower back a place to recover. Adjustable lumbar support rises into the curve of your spine, so you can sit up and rest with real support behind the ache. Zero-G lifts your legs to unload your back, and dual head and foot massage loosens the muscles that did all that work. Active head tilt keeps your neck comfortable for reading, and an 18-button wireless remote with three presets, under-bed lighting and USB-A and USB-C charging keep everything within reach. With upholstered deck-on-deck styling, 8-inch tapered legs, headboard brackets and a wall-saver design, it is as handsome as your garden.

Dawn House Smart Bed

Your whole house answers to your voice, except the bed.

The lights dim on command. The thermostat adjusts itself. The doorbell shows you who is outside. Then you climb into bed and fumble with pillows the old-fashioned way, wondering why the most important piece of furniture in your home is the one that knows nothing about you or how you sleep.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion brings your bedroom up to speed. Tell it to raise the head, lift your feet or settle into Zero-G, and it responds, with a backlit remote for when you would rather not speak. Non-contact biometric sensors track heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, and the Dawn House app turns each night into insights you can review in the morning. The bed raises and lowers for easy getting in and out, and motion-activated under-bed lighting guides late-night steps. An optional support rail is available when you want it. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it is the smartest, most beautiful bed in the house.

Ergomotion

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

Changing the sheets on a low bed leaves your back aching for days.

It should be a simple chore. Instead you bend over the mattress, tug the fitted sheet around each corner, lift the edge to tuck it in and straighten up with a groan. Getting into that same low bed at night and climbing out in the morning only adds to the strain. Your back has had enough.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion raises the bed to meet you. The entire platform lifts up to 7 inches at the touch of a button, so making the bed takes far less bending, and sitting down and standing up feel easier on your back and knees. Lower it again for a sleek, comfortable height. Head and foot articulation, Zero Gravity and gentle full-bed tilt help your back rest and recover, and silent-drive motors keep everything quiet. Under-bed LED lighting, a wireless remote with three presets and a double-click return to flat keep it simple. Rated for 750 pounds and finished in charcoal grey upholstery, Ascend works as beautifully as it looks.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

Every trip to the bathroom at night turns into a ten-minute ordeal.

First comes the struggle to sit up. Then the slow swing of the legs over the edge, the careful shuffle to the floor and the push to stand without losing balance. Getting back into bed is just as hard. It happens two or three times a night, and each trip leaves everyone awake and worn out.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL turns that ordeal into a few easy moments. Press a button and the head rises, bringing you to a sitting position without a struggle. Lower the whole base, which adjusts from about 13 inches to nearly 21, until your feet rest flat on the floor, then stand with confidence. Getting back in is just as simple. Optional side rails offer a steady handhold, locking casters keep the bed in place, and whisper-quiet motors will not wake the house. Wireless or wired controls and optional dual-timed massage complete it. Freestanding and needing just an inch from the wall, it comes in Twin, Full, Queen and Split King.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

Both of your parents need help now, and you only have two hands.

For years they took care of each other. Now Dad needs help sitting up and Mom needs help getting out of bed, and you are running between them from morning until night. Their old bed does nothing to help any of you, and you are terrified of the day you cannot keep up.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master lightens the load for all three of you. It is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed: one motor raises the head, one lifts the knees, and the third raises the entire bed to a comfortable working height, then lowers it again for safer transfers. In the Dual Split King size, each side adjusts independently, so Mom and Dad can keep sleeping side by side while each gets exactly the support they need. The illuminated wireless hand controls let them adjust themselves, without calling for you. Paired with Latexpedic natural latex mattresses and delivered and set up by our own team, it keeps them together, and keeps you going.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

Her care team says comfort is now what matters most.

The conversations have changed. The focus is no longer on getting better but on making every day as peaceful and comfortable as it can be. You want her at home, surrounded by family and familiar things, yet the bed she has cannot give her the positions that would ease her breathing, her back or her rest.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master lets you give her that comfort. Five fully electric motors adjust the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the entire frame, including Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg, so you can find the position that brings her the most ease at any hour. Raise the bed for gentle caregiving and lower it for safety, all from one quiet handset. Paired with a soft Latexpedic natural latex mattress, it feels like a bed rather than equipment, and in Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it belongs in her own bedroom. Our own team delivers it, sets it up and is there whenever you need us.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

He wants to recover at home, not in a facility just because they have the right bed.

The discharge planner suggested a skilled nursing facility, mostly because they have heavy-duty beds and the house does not. He was crushed. Home is where his family is, where his chair and his dog are, and where he believes he will get better. He just needs a bed strong enough, wide enough and adjustable enough to make it possible.

The Tuffcare T7036 and T7042 bring that bed home. Heavy-duty steel construction stays solid and quiet, and the T7036 is rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds on a 36 by 80-inch deck, while the T7042 widens to 42 by 80 inches for comfortable turning. Fully electric hi-low operation raises the bed for caregivers and lowers it for safer transfers, and Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning meet medical needs at home. Optional rails add security. Electropedic matches every Tuffcare with the right mattress, then delivers it, sets it up and services it locally, so he can recover right where he belongs.

Questions from El Cajon customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to El Cajon?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout El Cajon and all of California with its own staff, working from the Burbank showroom at 907 N. Hollywood Way. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 727-1954 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I try these beds before I buy?

Yes. Every model is on display at the Burbank showroom, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
