The collections

Begin with the mattress, the part of the bed that touches you all night, then choose the base that fits the way you live.

Latexpedic natural latex mattresses

Every Latexpedic mattress is built from pure natural Talalay latex, completely reversible, quilted on both sides and covered by a 20-year warranty. Certified organic GOLS latex with GOTS cotton and wool is available on request.

Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

You’ve started sleeping on the floor just to rest your back.

It sounded crazy until you tried it. The old mattress had sagged so badly that a folded blanket on the bedroom floor actually felt better. But now your hips ache from the hard surface, your shoulders go numb, and getting up off the floor each morning is a chore of its own. You traded one kind of pain for another.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress gives you the firm, flat support you were looking for without the hard floor. Two 3-inch layers of pure natural Talalay latex keep your spine straight and level, yet they let your hips and shoulders settle just enough to stay comfortable. Choose Extra Firm or Ultra Firm for that grounded feel, or Soft or Regular Firm if you want a little more give, with every core rated for firmness in nine areas. The reversible, quilted design has handles and a zippered cover, and natural latex resists dust mites. Backed by a 20-year warranty, it is the support your back wanted all along.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

The pain shoots down your leg the moment you lie down.

During the day you can stretch, walk and keep it moving. At night there is nowhere to hide. The mattress lets your hips twist out of line, the nerve protests, and a hot, electric ache runs from your lower back down the back of your leg. You try a pillow between your knees, then under them, then give up and stare at the ceiling.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress helps keep your body aligned through the night. Three 3-inch layers of natural Talalay latex support your spine and hips evenly, so they stay level instead of sagging or twisting, whether you sleep on your back or your side. The latex cushions pressure points without letting you sink out of position. Each layer zips inside the quilted cover, so the support can be tailored, and the 10-day firmness exchange swaps a layer for a flat $89 if you need a change. Reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it gives you a better chance at a calm, quiet night.

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your parents’ mattress lasted forty years, and yours gave out in six.

You remember that old bed in your parents’ room, solid and dependable for as long as you were growing up. Yours cost more than they ever paid, and it is already sagging, softening at the edges and losing its shape. Somewhere along the way, mattresses stopped being built to last, and you are paying the price every few years.

The Ultimate 12-Inch brings back the craftsmanship you remember. It is hand-crafted one at a time from natural latex, cotton and wool, with a 6-inch natural latex core between 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom, each in its own zippered chamber. Natural latex resists the sagging that ruins ordinary mattresses, and because each layer can be exchanged, the mattress can be renewed rather than replaced. Cotton and wool quilting on both sides breathes naturally, and the design is fully reversible. With four handles, four firmness choices and a 20-year warranty, The Ultimate is built the way mattresses used to be, to last for decades.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

Breakfast in bed sounds lovely, until you try to sit up against the headboard.

Saturday morning, coffee steaming, a plate of something good and the newspaper or a favorite show. It should be the most relaxing hour of the week. Instead you are jammed against the headboard on a pile of shifting pillows, the tray tilts every time you move, and your back starts to ache before your coffee is half gone.

The Electropedic WH2 turns slow mornings into the luxury they were meant to be. Press a button and the head rises to a comfortable, supported upright angle, steady enough for a tray and a full cup. Lift your knees slightly so you stay comfortably in place, and switch on the built-in massage while you linger over the paper. The wall-hugging design keeps your nightstand within easy reach, and the WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed. It comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, with a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame. Every weekend morning can feel like a stay at a fine hotel.

Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

After the long flight home, your ankles look like balloons.

Hours folded into an airline seat, then the drive home from the airport. By the time you drop your suitcase, your feet and ankles are puffy, your legs feel heavy and your lower back is stiff from all that sitting. You want to sleep off the trip, but lying flat does nothing to make your legs feel better.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion helps you recover from the journey. Press Zero-G and your legs rise above the level of your heart while your back settles into a supported curve, a position many travelers find eases heavy, tired legs. Two low-noise massage motors loosen the stiffness from hours of sitting. Head and foot articulation and three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote let you save your favorite positions, and one touch returns you to flat when it is time to sleep. USB-A and USB-C ports recharge your devices after the trip, soft under-bed lighting guides jet-lagged steps, and a 10-year limited warranty backs it all.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

A day working the grove leaves your lower back aching long after dark.

Up and down the ladder, bending under branches, hauling full bins across uneven ground. The trees look beautiful, but by evening your lower back is tight and sore, and bed offers little relief. Lying flat stiffens it, sitting up leaves it unsupported, and you wake up already feeling the day before.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion was built for backs that do real work. Adjustable lumbar support rises into the curve of your lower spine, so you can sit up in bed and rest with genuine support. Zero-G lifts your legs to take the load off your back, and dual head and foot massage works out the tension from shoulders to calves. Active head tilt keeps your neck comfortable for reading, and an 18-button wireless remote with three presets, under-bed lighting and USB-A and USB-C charging keep everything within reach. Upholstered deck-on-deck construction, 8-inch tapered legs, headboard brackets and a wall-saver design make it fine furniture that works as hard as you do.

Dawn House Smart Bed

Mom insists she sleeps fine, but she looks exhausted every morning.

Ask her how she slept and the answer is always the same: fine. Yet she naps in the afternoon, she seems slower than she used to and her doctor keeps asking questions she cannot answer. You suspect her nights are rougher than she admits, but there is no way to know what really happens after the lights go out.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion brings clarity to her nights. Non-contact biometric sensors built into the bed quietly track heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, with nothing for her to wear or remember, and the Dawn House app shows how each night really went. That information can help guide conversations with her doctor. The bed also makes nights easier: it raises and lowers for steady sitting and standing, motion-activated under-bed lighting guides her steps, and head and foot positions, including Zero-G, adjust by voice or backlit remote. An optional support rail adds confidence. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it is a beautiful bed that tells the real story.

Ergomotion

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

After your C-section, getting out of bed is the hardest part of caring for the baby.

Every time the baby cries, you brace yourself. Rolling to your side pulls at the incision, sitting up takes every muscle you are supposed to be resting, and pushing yourself to stand from a low bed makes you wince. You want to be there for every feeding and every cuddle, but your body is still healing.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion lets the bed do the work. Raise the head to bring yourself to sitting without straining your core, then lift the whole platform up to 7 inches so standing takes far less effort. Lower it again to settle back in gently. Zero Gravity and gentle full-bed tilt help you rest comfortably between feedings, and under-bed LED lighting guides those middle-of-the-night trips to the nursery. Silent-drive motors keep the baby sleeping, and the wireless remote with three presets and a double-click return to flat is easy to use one-handed. With optional support rails, Ascend helps you heal while you hold your newborn.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

Since the amputation, every move in and out of bed takes careful planning.

Balance is different now. Getting from the bed to the wheelchair or prosthetic takes concentration, and a mattress that sits at the wrong height turns every transfer into a risk. You are determined to stay independent, but some nights you lie awake thinking about the morning maneuver and wondering when you will feel steady again.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL gives you control over the height. At the touch of a button, the base moves anywhere from about 13 inches to nearly 21, so you can match the bed to your wheelchair seat for level transfers or set it at the height that feels most secure for standing. Raise the head to sit up without effort and adjust the foot for comfort on whisper-quiet motors. Locking casters keep the bed steady when you shift your weight, and optional side rails give you a firm handhold. Wireless or wired controls keep everything within reach. Freestanding and needing only an inch from the wall, it comes in Twin, Full, Queen and Split King.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

Changing his bedding at 3 a.m. leaves your back in knots.

It is part of caring for him, and you would never complain. But bending low over the mattress in the middle of the night, rolling him gently to one side and then the other while you strip and remake the bed, takes a toll. Each time, you straighten up slowly, and each morning your back reminds you of the night before.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master raises the bed to meet you. It is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed: the third motor lifts the entire bed to a comfortable working height, so nighttime care and bedding changes happen without bending double. Another motor raises his head, and one lifts his knees for comfort and positioning, then the bed lowers again for safe transfers and sleep. The illuminated wireless hand control is easy to see in the dark. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it fits naturally in a bedroom and pairs with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress. Our own team delivers it, sets it up and services it locally.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

His care team wants him sitting upright after every meal, and pillows won’t hold him there.

The instructions are clear: keep him upright for a while after eating. But within minutes he slumps sideways, slides down the bed and ends up folded at the waist. You prop him back up, wedge more pillows and watch the clock, three times a day, every day, worrying that close enough is not good enough.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master holds the position the care team asks for. Its five fully electric motors control the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the entire frame. Raise the head and knees to sit him up, then use reverse Trendelenburg to tilt the whole bed head-up so his body stays straight and supported rather than sliding down. Trendelenburg tilts the other way when needed, and hi-low height brings the bed up for caregiving and down for safer transfers, all from one simple handset. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it suits a bedroom, and our own technicians deliver, set up and service it locally.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

You dread shopping for a bed because of the way salespeople look at you.

You have been through it before: the sideways glances, the awkward questions about weight limits asked a little too loudly, the beds that creak the moment you sit on them in front of everyone. So you keep putting it off, sleeping on a bed that is not strong enough, because the shopping feels worse than the problem.

With the Tuffcare T7036 and T7042, you can skip all of that. Call us, talk privately with a specialist who will listen without judgment, and our own crew will bring the bed to your home and set it up. These beds are built heavy-duty from steel: the T7036 is rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds on a 36 by 80-inch deck, and the T7042 widens to 42 by 80 inches for more room to turn. Fully electric hi-low operation makes standing easier, and Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning meet medical needs at home. Optional rails add security, and local service is always a phone call away.

Questions from Escondido customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to Escondido?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout Escondido and all of California with its own staff, working from the Burbank showroom at 907 N. Hollywood Way. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 727-1954 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I try these beds before I buy?

Yes. Every model is on display at the Burbank showroom, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
