The collections

Begin with the mattress, the part of the bed that touches you all night, then choose the base that fits the way you live.

Latexpedic natural latex mattresses

Every Latexpedic mattress is built from pure natural Talalay latex, completely reversible, quilted on both sides and covered by a 20-year warranty. Certified organic GOLS latex with GOTS cotton and wool is available on request.

Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

You inherited your parents’ house, along with mattresses older than you are.

The house holds a lifetime of memories, and you are slowly making it your own. But the beds in the spare rooms are relics: sagging springs, faded ticking and a smell that no amount of airing out will fix. Every time a guest or grandchild sleeps over, you apologize before they even lie down.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress gives every bedroom a fresh start while honoring the house you love. Two 3-inch layers of pure natural Talalay latex provide buoyant, even support that keeps sleepers comfortable and aligned, with no old springs and no stale foams. The slim profile suits older bed frames, and handles and a zippered, quilted cover make it easy to carry and care for. Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, with every core rated for firmness in nine areas. Completely reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it lets the next generation of memories begin with a good night’s sleep.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your “ultra-plush” mattress has turned into quicksand.

It felt luxurious in the showroom, like sinking into a cloud. Now you sink so deeply that your hips drop below your shoulders, your lower back bends and climbing out of the hollow each morning feels like an effort. Rolling over takes a push, and you wake up more tired than when you lay down.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress gives you softness with support. Natural Talalay latex feels plush on the surface yet pushes back from beneath, so your shoulders and hips sink in just enough while your spine stays level. There is no quicksand, no hammock and no climbing out of a hole in the morning, because latex springs back the instant you move. Three 3-inch layers zip inside the quilted cover, so the balance of softness and support can be tailored, and the 10-day firmness exchange swaps a layer for a flat $89. Reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it is plush comfort without the sinking feeling.

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

The kids have moved out, and it’s finally your turn.

For years every dollar went somewhere else: braces, sports fees, college tuition and the first car. Your own bedroom stayed exactly as it was, with the mattress you bought when the youngest was in kindergarten. Now the house is quiet, the rooms are empty, and that tired old bed is still waiting for you every night.

The Ultimate 12-Inch is the reward for all those years of putting everyone else first. Hand-crafted one at a time from natural latex, cotton and wool, it surrounds a 6-inch natural latex core with 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom, each in its own zippered chamber. It cradles aching joints while supporting your back, and natural latex absorbs motion, so you rest undisturbed. Cotton and wool quilting on both sides breathes naturally, and the design is fully reversible. Any layer can be exchanged later if your needs change. With four handles, four firmness choices and a 20-year warranty, The Ultimate turns the master bedroom into the retreat you have been waiting decades to enjoy.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

Recovering from pneumonia, you were told to stay upright and breathe deeply, even in bed.

The worst is over, but your lungs still need time. The doctor said lying flat lets fluid settle, so keep your upper body raised and take slow, deep breaths. Easier said than done at 3 a.m., when the pillows have collapsed, you have slid flat and every cough rattles you awake.

The Electropedic WH2 keeps you upright while you recover. Press a button and the head of the bed rises to a steady incline that supports your back and chest all night, with no pillows to slip and no waking up flat. Raise the knees slightly so you stay comfortably in place, and when you need to cough or sit up straighter, the bed adjusts in seconds. Built-in massage eases a stiff back after days of rest. The WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed, comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, and carries a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame. Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

You spend all day caring for him, and nobody takes care of you.

Medications at eight, appointments at ten, meals, laundry, phone calls to the pharmacy and gentle reassurance all afternoon. You do it out of love, but by the time you finally lie down, your back aches, your shoulders are knotted and your mind keeps running through tomorrow’s list. Caregivers need rest too.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion gives the caregiver a place to recharge. Press Zero-G and your legs rise while your back settles into a supported curve, easing the strain of a long day in moments. Two low-noise massage motors work out the knots in your back and shoulders while you finally sit still. Head and foot articulation lets you read or watch something comforting, and three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote save your favorite positions. One touch returns you to flat for sleep. USB-A and USB-C ports keep your phone charged in case you are needed, soft under-bed lighting guides late-night checks, and a 10-year limited warranty backs it all.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

You spend your days on a creeper under cars, and your back and neck pay for it.

Lying on a hard board, head cranked back, arms overhead, twisting to reach a bolt in an impossible spot. By closing time your lower back is stiff, your neck is locked and your shoulders burn. At home you want to put your feet up and relax, but no position in bed seems to undo the day.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion helps a hardworking body recover. Adjustable lumbar support rises into the curve of your lower back, so you can sit up with real support. Active head tilt brings your head forward to a natural, relaxed angle, a welcome change after hours spent looking up. Dual head and foot massage works the knots out of your back and legs, and Zero-G takes the load off your spine. Under-bed lighting, USB-A and USB-C charging and an 18-button wireless remote with three presets keep everything within reach, and the upholstered deck-on-deck design with 8-inch tapered legs and headboard brackets looks like fine furniture.

Dawn House Smart Bed

You’re home from the hospital, and you want to prove you can live on your own again.

The doctors cleared you to go home, but your family is hesitant. They talk about having someone stay with you, or about other living arrangements, and you know they mean well. You simply want the chance to show them, and yourself, that you can manage safely in the home you love.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion helps you make your case. Non-contact biometric sensors track heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, and with the Dawn House app you can share how your nights are going, so your family sees the progress for themselves. Motion-activated under-bed lighting turns on as your feet reach the floor, and the bed raises and lowers so you can sit and stand at a steady height. Adjust the head and foot, including Zero-G, by voice or backlit remote, and add an optional support rail for extra confidence. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it is a beautiful bed that supports your independence.

Ergomotion

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

Getting out of bed is hard enough, but lifting your heavy legs into it at night is worse.

Swelling has made your legs feel like lead. At bedtime you sit on the edge of the mattress and try to swing them up, one at a time, using your hands to help. Some nights it takes several tries. In the morning you face the same struggle in reverse, and the whole routine leaves you exhausted.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion makes both directions easier. Raise the entire platform up to 7 inches so you sit at a comfortable height, then lower it as you settle in, with far less lifting of heavy legs. Once you are lying down, raise the foot section to elevate your legs, or choose Zero Gravity to rest with your feet above your heart. Gentle full-bed tilt adds another comfortable position, and under-bed LED lighting shows the floor. Optional support rails give you a handhold, and silent-drive motors with a three-preset wireless remote keep it simple. Rated for 750 pounds, Ascend makes bedtime and mornings much lighter.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

He’s slept in his recliner for a year because the bed has become too hard to manage.

It started as a nap or two. Then the bed got harder to climb into, lying flat became uncomfortable, and getting up in the morning turned into a struggle. Now he lives in the recliner day and night, and you miss him in the bedroom you shared for so long. He misses it too, even if he will not say so.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL can bring him back to bed. The head rises on whisper-quiet motors to the same comfortable reclined angle he has grown used to in his chair, and the foot lifts to support his legs. When it is time to get in or out, the base moves from about 13 inches to nearly 21, so he can sit and stand at just the right height. Optional dual-timed massage helps him relax, and locking casters and optional side rails add stability. Choose Split King, and the two of you can sleep side by side again, each with your own controls. It also comes in Twin, Full and Queen.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

Your teenager helps care for Grandma after school, and you want it to be safe for both of them.

He is a good kid. Every afternoon he checks on her, helps her sit up and steadies her when she wants to stand. But he is young, she is frail, and the bed sits too low for either of them to manage safely. You worry about her falling, and you worry about him hurting his back trying to help.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master makes their afternoons safer. It is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed: one motor raises Grandma’s head so she sits up without being lifted, one raises her knees for comfort, and the third raises the whole bed to a height where he can help without bending or straining, then lowers it for steadier transfers. The illuminated wireless hand control is easy for both of them to use. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, paired with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress, it fits her bedroom, and our own team delivers it, sets it up and shows the whole family how it works.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

Leg spasms wake him at night, and he needs a new position right away.

It comes on without warning: a sudden cramp or spasm that pulls his leg tight and jolts him awake. He needs to change position quickly, but in an ordinary bed that means calling for you, waiting while you wake, and then the slow work of lifting and propping by hand. By the time he is comfortable, you are both wide awake.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master puts quick relief at his fingertips. Five fully electric motors control the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the entire frame, so the moment a spasm hits, he or you can change his position with the press of a button. Lower or raise his knees, adjust his head, or use Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg tilt to find the angle that eases it. Hi-low height brings the bed up for caregiving and down for safer transfers, all from one simple handset. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it suits a bedroom, and our own technicians deliver, set up and service it locally.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

Steroid treatments changed his weight fast, and his bed wasn’t built for it.

The medication is doing its job, but it has side effects nobody fully prepared you for. In a matter of months his weight climbed, and the bed that once seemed perfectly sturdy now creaks, flexes and feels uncertain. You do not know how long the treatment will last, so you need a bed with plenty of margin, whatever happens next.

The Tuffcare T7036 and T7042 give you that margin. Built from heavy-duty steel, the T7036 is rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds on a 36 by 80-inch deck, and the T7042 widens to 42 by 80 inches for more room to turn. Fully electric hi-low operation raises the bed for caregivers and lowers it for safer transfers, and Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning meet medical needs at home. Solid construction stays quiet and steady with every movement, and optional rails add security. Electropedic matches every Tuffcare with the right mattress, then delivers it, sets it up and services it locally, so you can focus on his treatment instead of his bed.

Questions from Lakewood customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to Lakewood?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout Lakewood and all of California with its own staff, working from the Burbank showroom at 907 N. Hollywood Way. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 727-1954 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I try these beds before I buy?

Yes. Every model is on display at the Burbank showroom, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
