The collections

Begin with the mattress, the part of the bed that touches you all night, then choose the base that fits the way you live.

Latexpedic natural latex mattresses

Every Latexpedic mattress is built from pure natural Talalay latex, completely reversible, quilted on both sides and covered by a 20-year warranty. Certified organic GOLS latex with GOTS cotton and wool is available on request.

Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your antique bed frame was made for a thinner mattress, and modern ones look absurd on it.

You found it at an estate sale, or maybe it has been in the family for generations. The carved headboard is gorgeous. But today’s overstuffed mattresses tower above the side rails, hide the woodwork and leave the bed looking top-heavy and awkward. The thin mattresses that do fit are flimsy and uncomfortable.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress respects the bed you love. Its slim 7-inch profile sits gracefully within many classic frames, so the carved headboard and footboard stay in view, yet two 3-inch layers of pure natural Talalay latex deliver genuinely supportive, buoyant comfort. Natural materials suit a natural wood heirloom, and the quilted, reversible design with handles and a zippered cover is easy to care for. Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, with every core rated for firmness in nine areas and naturally resistant to dust mites. Backed by a 20-year warranty, it lets a treasured bed be both beautiful and comfortable.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

You’re pregnant, your doctor wants you sleeping on your side, and your hips are screaming.

Back sleeping is off the table now, so it is your side, all night, every night. But as the weeks go by, your hips ache, your shoulder goes numb and the pressure wakes you every hour. You pile pillows between your knees and behind your back, and still you cannot get comfortable for more than a few minutes.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress makes side sleeping kinder. Three 3-inch layers of natural Talalay latex let your hip and shoulder sink in gently, relieving the pressure that builds through the night, while the support beneath keeps your spine aligned as your body changes. The responsive latex makes rolling from one side to the other easier, too. Each layer zips inside a quilted cover, so the feel can be tailored, and the 10-day firmness exchange swaps a layer for a flat $89 if you need it softer. Natural, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it will comfort you now and for many years after the baby arrives.

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

After your diagnosis, you’re rethinking everything you put in and around your body.

You have changed what you eat, what you clean with and what you put on your skin. Every label gets read twice. Then one night it hits you: the mattress you lie on for a third of your life is made of synthetic foams, chemical treatments and materials you know almost nothing about. It is the last thing in your home you have not questioned.

The Ultimate 12-Inch gives you a bed you never have to question. It is hand-crafted from three ingredients: natural latex, cotton and wool. A 6-inch natural latex core sits between 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom, each in its own zippered chamber, all wrapped in cotton and wool quilting on both sides. Certified organic GOLS latex with GOTS cotton and wool is available on request. The comfort layers cradle a body that is working hard to heal, and the breathable materials keep you cool and dry. Fully reversible, with four handles, four firmness choices and a 20-year warranty, The Ultimate gives you one less thing to worry about.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

Your bedroom window looks out over the water, and you can’t see it from bed.

It was the reason you chose this place: the harbor lights at night, the morning fog lifting off the water and the boats heading out at dawn. But lying flat, all you see is the ceiling. Sitting up against a pile of pillows lasts a few minutes before your back complains, and the view you love becomes something you only glance at.

The Electropedic WH2 puts the view back where it belongs. Press a button and the head of the bed rises to a comfortable upright angle, so you can sip your coffee and watch the morning unfold without straining. Lift your knees slightly for a relaxed lounging position, and let the built-in massage melt away the day while the harbor lights come on. The wall-hugging design keeps your nightstand within reach, and the WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed. It comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, with a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame. Every morning becomes a front-row seat.

Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

Early-morning rowing practice leaves your back and legs burning all day.

The alarm goes off before dawn, and by sunrise you are on the water, driving the boat forward stroke after stroke. You love it, but the toll is real: a lower back that tightens as the day goes on, legs that feel heavy by afternoon and shoulders that ache by bedtime. Recovery has become the hardest part of training.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion is part of your training plan. Press Zero-G and your legs rise above your heart while your back settles into a supported curve, taking pressure off your spine and helping tired legs recover. Two low-noise massage motors work through the tightness in your back and legs. Head and foot articulation lets you find the angle that feels best, and three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote save your favorite recovery positions. One touch returns you to flat for deep sleep before the next early practice. USB-A and USB-C ports keep your phone charged, soft under-bed lighting guides predawn exits, and a 10-year limited warranty backs it all.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

Hours of practice hunched over your guitar leave your neck and back in knots.

You play every chance you get: scales in the morning, rehearsal in the evening and late-night songwriting propped up in bed. It shows in your playing, and it shows in your posture. Your shoulders round forward, your neck stiffens and your lower back aches after every session, especially when you play in bed with nothing behind you.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion gives musicians a better place to play and recover. Raise the head, and adjustable lumbar support fills the gap behind your lower back, so you can sit upright with your instrument and stay supported through long sessions. Active head tilt keeps your neck in a comfortable position, and dual head and foot massage works out the knots when you put the guitar down. Zero-G takes the load off your spine, and one touch returns you to flat. Under-bed lighting, USB-A and USB-C charging and an 18-button wireless remote with three presets keep everything within reach, and the upholstered deck-on-deck design with headboard brackets looks like fine furniture.

Dawn House Smart Bed

You live alone with a chronic condition, and nobody would know if your nights got worse.

You are independent, capable and you like your own space. But your condition has its ups and downs, and the downs often show up at night. There is no partner to notice that you were restless, no roommate to see that you got up five times. By the time you mention it to your doctor, you can barely remember the details.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion keeps track for you. Non-contact biometric sensors built into the bed quietly record your heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, and the Dawn House app shows how each night really went, so you can spot changes and bring real information to your next appointment. Motion-activated under-bed lighting turns on as your feet reach the floor, and the bed raises and lowers for easy sitting and standing. Adjust the head and foot, including Zero-G, by voice or backlit remote. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it is a beautiful bed that helps you look after yourself, on your own terms.

Ergomotion

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

You’re tall, your partner is petite, and no bed height works for both of you.

At a standard height, you sit with your knees up near your chest and stand with a grunt. At the height that suits you, your partner perches on the edge with feet dangling and slides down to reach the floor. One of you is always uncomfortable, and lately both of you have started feeling it in your knees and backs.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion adapts to whoever is getting in or out. The entire platform raises and lowers up to 7 inches at the touch of a button, so you can raise it for yourself in the morning and lower it for your partner at night, and save each height to the three presets on the wireless remote. Head and foot articulation, Zero Gravity and gentle full-bed tilt keep you both comfortable at rest. Silent-drive motors keep adjustments quiet, under-bed LED lighting guides late-night steps and optional support rails add stability. Rated for 750 pounds, Ascend fits both of you perfectly.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

She broke her hip at ninety-two, and the doctors say she can recover at home.

She is tough, and everyone says so. The surgery went well, and she is determined to get back on her feet. But the road ahead is long, and her bed at home is too low, too flat and too difficult to get in and out of safely. You want her recovery to happen in her own room, surrounded by her own things.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL helps her heal at home. At the touch of a button, the base moves from about 13 inches to nearly 21, so she can sit and stand at a height that protects her healing hip and caregivers can help her without stooping. The head rises to bring her to sitting without strain, and the foot adjusts for comfort on whisper-quiet motors. Locking casters keep the bed steady as she leans on it, and optional side rails give her a firm handhold. With wireless or wired controls and optional dual-timed massage, in Twin, Full, Queen and Split King, it supports every step of her recovery.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

You’re seventy and caring for your ninety-five-year-old mother.

You always thought you would be the one slowing down by now. Instead, you are helping her sit up, steadying her as she stands and changing her sheets, with knees and a back that are not as young as they used to be. You would not have it any other way, but you are starting to wonder how long your own body can keep up.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master takes the physical strain off both of you. It is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed: one motor raises her head so she sits up without your lifting, one raises her knees for comfort, and the third raises the whole bed so you can care for her without bending, then lowers it for steadier transfers. The illuminated wireless hand control lets her make many adjustments herself. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, paired with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress, it fits her bedroom and her dignity. Our own team delivers it, sets it up and services it locally, so you can care for her a little longer.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

She can’t sit in her wheelchair for long anymore, so the bed has to become her chair.

Sitting up in the wheelchair used to give her hours of freedom. Now she tires quickly, and after half an hour she is uncomfortable and ready to lie down. But lying flat all day leaves her feeling cut off from meals, conversation and the life of the household. You want her upright and involved without wearing her out.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master can bring her into a comfortable, chair-like seated position right in bed. Five fully electric motors control the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the entire frame. Raise her head and knees, then use reverse Trendelenburg to tilt the whole bed so she sits upright with her legs lowered, supported from head to toe. Trendelenburg tilts the other way when her care calls for it, and hi-low height brings the bed up for caregiving and down for safer transfers. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it suits her bedroom, and our own technicians deliver, set up and service it locally.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

He’s been sleeping on two twin beds pushed together because nothing else fits him.

It was a clever fix at the time: two twins side by side for more room. But the gap in the middle shifts, the frames creep apart, and neither bed was built to carry his weight at the edge. Now he needs a care bed that adjusts, and the narrow models he has seen would put him right back where he started.

The Tuffcare T7042 finally gives him real room in one solid bed. Its 42 by 80-inch deck is wide enough to turn and settle comfortably, with no gaps and no shifting frames, and its heavy-duty steel construction stays solid and quiet. If a standard width suits him, the T7036 offers a 36 by 80-inch deck rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds. Fully electric hi-low operation raises the bed for caregivers and lowers it for safer transfers, and Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning meet medical needs at home. Optional rails add security. Electropedic matches the right mattress, then delivers it, sets it up and services it locally.

Questions from Long Beach customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to Long Beach?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout Long Beach and all of California with its own staff, working from the Burbank showroom at 907 N. Hollywood Way. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 727-1954 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I try these beds before I buy?

Yes. Every model is on display at the Burbank showroom, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
