Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

A new foster placement arrives this week, and you want their room to say welcome.

The call came, and in a few days a child you have never met will walk through your door carrying everything they own. They have been through so much already. You cannot change their past, but you can make sure the bed in their new room feels safe, clean and comfortable from the very first night.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress is a warm welcome. Two 3-inch layers of pure natural Talalay latex give a growing child buoyant, even support, with no springs to poke and no synthetic foams inside. Natural latex resists dust mites, and the quilted, zippered cover with handles makes the mattress easy to flip, clean and care for. Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, with every core rated for firmness in nine separate areas. Completely reversible and backed by a 20-year warranty, it will be ready for every child who needs a soft place to land, for as long as you open your home.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

You climb in and out of a delivery truck two hundred times a day, and your knees feel every one.

Up the step, down to the curb, up the porch stairs and back again. By the end of the route your knees throb, your hips are tight and your lower back has a dull ache that settles in for the night. Lying on your side presses one knee into the other, and every position seems to find a new sore spot.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress gives tired joints a softer landing. Three 3-inch layers of natural Talalay latex cushion your knees, hips and shoulders while keeping your spine aligned, so the aches can ease instead of building through the night. The responsive latex makes rolling over effortless, sparing sore joints the struggle. Each layer zips inside a quilted cover, so the feel can be tailored, and the 10-day firmness exchange swaps a layer for a flat $89 if you want a change. Reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it helps you recover overnight and climb back into that truck ready for tomorrow’s route.

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your parents worked their whole lives for you, and they still sleep on a worn-out bed.

Double shifts, second jobs and years of putting their children first. They never spent a dollar on themselves if it could go to you instead. Now you are grown and doing well, and every time you visit you notice how stiffly they move in the morning and how tired they look. It is your turn to give back.

The Ultimate 12-Inch is a thank-you they will feel every night. Hand-crafted one at a time from natural latex, cotton and wool, it surrounds a 6-inch natural latex core with 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom, each in its own zippered chamber. The comfort layers cradle tired shoulders and hips while the core supports aging backs, and natural latex absorbs motion so they rest undisturbed. Cotton and wool quilting on both sides breathes naturally, and the design is fully reversible. With four handles, four firmness choices and a 20-year warranty, The Ultimate is the most meaningful gift you could give the people who gave you everything.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

When anxiety strikes at night, lying flat makes it feel even harder to breathe.

It tends to arrive in the quiet hours. Your heart races, your chest tightens and lying flat on your back only makes the feeling of breathlessness worse. You sit up, wrap your arms around your knees and wait for it to pass, then lie back down and hope it does not return before morning.

The Electropedic WH2 lets you find a calmer position without getting out of bed. Press a button and the head of the bed rises gently to an upright, supported angle that many people find more comfortable when they feel anxious or short of breath. Raise your knees for a secure, cocooned feeling, and let the built-in massage help your body relax. When you feel ready, lower yourself back down slowly at your own pace. The wall-hugging design keeps your nightstand, water and phone within reach. The WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed, comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, and carries a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame.

Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

You work nights, so you have to sleep while the rest of the world is awake.

You get home as the neighborhood wakes up: lawnmowers, school buses and delivery trucks. The room is bright, the afternoon is hot and your body has no idea what time it is. You lie flat, staring at the ceiling, trying to force sleep that will not come, then drag yourself back to work tired again.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion helps your body switch off on your schedule. Press Zero-G and your legs rise while your back settles into a supported curve, a position many people find deeply relaxing. Two low-noise massage motors ease the tension of a long shift, and three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote recall your wind-down position with a single press. When you are ready, one touch returns you to flat. Soft under-bed lighting lets you move around a darkened room without bright lights, and USB-A and USB-C ports keep your phone charged for the alarm. With a 10-year limited warranty, it is built for every kind of schedule.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

You relieve everyone else’s back pain all day, and nobody relieves yours.

As a massage therapist, you spend hours leaning over the table, pressing into knots and working out other people’s tension. Your clients leave relaxed and grateful. You leave with sore forearms, a tight upper back and a lower back that has been bent forward all day. Your own body gets no relief at all.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion gives the healer a chance to heal. Dual head and foot massage works on your back and legs while you finally rest, and adjustable lumbar support rises into the curve of your lower back, so you can sit up with genuine support. Active head tilt keeps your neck in a natural, relaxed position, and Zero-G takes the load off your spine. One touch returns you to flat for sleep. Under-bed lighting, USB-A and USB-C charging and an 18-button wireless remote with three presets keep everything within reach, and the upholstered deck-on-deck design, 8-inch tapered legs and headboard brackets make it look like fine furniture.

Ergomotion

Dawn House Smart Bed

Mom is home after hip surgery, and you need to know whether she’s getting up alone at night.

The therapist made it clear: no getting up at night without help, at least for now. Mom agreed, then smiled the way she does when she plans to do things her own way. You sleep down the hall with one ear open, wondering if she will try to walk to the bathroom on her own in the dark.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion helps keep her safe during recovery. Motion-activated under-bed lighting turns on the moment her feet touch the floor, so she never steps into darkness. Non-contact biometric sensors track her heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, and the Dawn House app shows the family how her night went. The bed raises and lowers so she can sit and stand at a height that protects her healing hip, head and foot positions, including Zero-G, adjust by voice or backlit remote, and an optional support rail gives her something solid to hold. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it supports a safer recovery.

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

Sacroiliac joint pain makes the moment you get out of bed the worst part of your day.

Lying still, it is manageable. But the instant you roll, twist and push yourself up from a low bed, a sharp pain shoots through your lower back and hip. You have learned to move slowly and carefully, but there is no avoiding the strain of rising from a mattress that sits too close to the floor.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion reduces the twisting and pushing that set it off. Raise the head with the wireless remote to bring yourself up to sitting smoothly, then lift the entire platform up to 7 inches so you can stand with less bending and less strain on the joint. Optional support rails give you a steady hand, and under-bed LED lighting shows the floor. At night, Zero Gravity and gentle full-bed tilt help you rest with less pressure on your lower back, while silent-drive motors keep the room quiet. Save your best positions to the three presets. Rated for 750 pounds, Ascend makes mornings gentler.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

Months after the virus, he’s still too weak to get out of bed on his own.

Everyone expected him to bounce back. Instead, the recovery has dragged on, and the fatigue is unlike anything he has known. Sitting up takes effort, standing takes more, and some days he barely has the strength to try. He is frustrated, you are worried, and the low, flat bed only makes every attempt harder.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL helps him save his strength. Press a button and the head rises gently, bringing him to sitting without spending energy he does not have. The base moves from about 13 inches to nearly 21, so he can stand from a comfortable height with less effort and you can help him without straining. The foot lifts for comfort, whisper-quiet motors keep his rest undisturbed and optional dual-timed massage soothes tired muscles. Locking casters and optional side rails add stability, and wireless or wired controls keep him in charge. In Twin, Full, Queen and Split King, it supports him through the long road back.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

He needs a care bed, but you’re not ready to stop sleeping beside him.

The doctor’s recommendation made sense: a bed that raises, lowers and helps with his care. But all you could picture was a narrow hospital bed in one corner and you alone in your bed across the room, after decades of sleeping side by side. You want him cared for, and you want to stay close.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master in the Dual Split King size lets you have both. His side is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed: one motor raises his head, one lifts his knees, and the third raises the bed for caregiving, then lowers it for safer transfers. Your side stays exactly how you like it. The two halves sit together as one bed, so you fall asleep within reach of each other, just as you always have. His illuminated wireless hand control lets him adjust himself. Paired with Latexpedic natural latex mattresses and delivered and set up by our own team, it keeps your bedroom, and your marriage, together.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

He was comfortable in the hospital bed, and at home he’s miserable.

In the hospital, the nurses adjusted his bed to exactly the right positions, and he rested well. Then he came home to an ordinary bed and a pile of pillows, and nothing feels right. He cannot get comfortable, he sleeps in fits and starts, and he keeps asking why he cannot have a bed like the one at the hospital.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master gives him that bed at home. Five fully electric motors control the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the entire frame, with true Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg tilt, the same kinds of positions he relied on in the hospital. Every adjustment is smooth and repeatable from one simple handset, and hi-low height brings the bed up for caregiving and down for safer transfers. Unlike the hospital, it comes in Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King and pairs with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress, so it feels like home. Our own technicians deliver, set up and service it locally.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

Transfers now require a mechanical lift, and the bed has to work with it.

The patient lift has made transfers safer for everyone, but it has also exposed every weakness in his old bed. The height is wrong, the frame shifts when the lift is positioned and the mattress edge collapses as he is lowered. Every transfer takes longer than it should, and nobody feels completely confident.

The Tuffcare T7036 and T7042 give transfers a steady, adjustable foundation. Fully electric hi-low operation lets caregivers raise or lower the bed to suit the transfer, and heavy-duty steel construction stays solid and quiet under the load. The T7036 is rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds on a 36 by 80-inch deck, and the T7042 widens to 42 by 80 inches for more room to position him comfortably. Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning meet medical needs at home, and optional rails add security. Electropedic matches the right mattress, then delivers it, sets it up, shows caregivers how it works and services it locally. Transfers become a calm routine instead of the hardest part of the day.

Questions from Moreno Valley customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to Moreno Valley?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout Moreno Valley and all of California with its own staff, working from the Burbank showroom at 907 N. Hollywood Way. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 727-1954 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I try these beds before I buy?

Yes. Every model is on display at the Burbank showroom, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
