Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

The trundle bed is the most popular spot at every sleepover, and the most uncomfortable.

Your house is the sleepover house, and the trundle gets pulled out nearly every weekend. The kids love it, until morning, when they climb out stiff and grumpy after a night on a thin, lumpy pad that sinks to the frame. The trundle needs a slim mattress, and slim has always meant uncomfortable.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress changes that. Its slim profile suits many trundle frames, yet two 3-inch layers of pure natural Talalay latex give every young guest buoyant, even support that never bottoms out. Natural latex resists dust mites, and the quilted, zippered cover with handles makes it easy to slide in and out and simple to care for after a night of popcorn and pillow fights. Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, with every core rated for firmness in nine separate areas. Completely reversible and backed by a 20-year warranty, it makes your house the favorite sleepover spot for the best possible reason.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

You curl into a tight ball every night and wake up stiff from head to toe.

It is how you have always fallen asleep, knees pulled up and shoulders hunched, as if bracing against the mattress. By morning your hips feel tight, your lower back is stiff and your neck aches from being tucked down all night. You suspect you curl up because the bed never feels quite comfortable enough to stretch out on.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress invites you to relax. Three 3-inch layers of natural Talalay latex cradle your shoulders and hips while supporting your waist, so lying in a more open, natural position feels comfortable instead of exposed. Many people find they stop bracing and curling once their body feels properly supported. The responsive latex makes changing positions easy without fully waking. Each layer zips inside a quilted cover, so the feel can be tailored, and the 10-day firmness exchange swaps a layer for a flat $89 if you want a change. Reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it helps you finally unwind and stretch out.

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

You’re turning sixty, and you finally want something extraordinary for yourself.

For decades the gifts went to everyone else: the kids, the grandkids, the anniversaries and the holidays. Now a milestone birthday is coming, and when people ask what you want, you realize it is not jewelry or a gadget. It is waking up without the aches, the stiffness and the feeling that your bed is aging faster than you are.

The Ultimate 12-Inch is the gift you deserve. Hand-crafted one at a time from natural latex, cotton and wool, it surrounds a 6-inch natural latex core with 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom, each in its own zippered chamber, so the feel can be tailored to the body you have at sixty and adjusted as the years go by. Cotton and wool quilting on both sides breathes naturally, and the design is fully reversible. With four handles, four firmness choices and a 20-year warranty, it will still be comforting you at eighty. The Ultimate is a celebration you will enjoy every single night of the next decade, and beyond.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

A broken collarbone means you can’t lie flat, and you can’t use that arm to sit up.

One fall from the bike and now your arm is in a sling for weeks. Lying flat sends the broken bone grinding, sleeping on your side is out of the question and the doctor suggested sleeping semi-reclined. Couch, recliner or pillows, nothing lets you sleep more than an hour.

The Electropedic WH2 gives you a semi-reclined position that holds all night. Press a button and the head of the bed rises to a supported angle that keeps your shoulders still and comfortable, with no pillows to shift. When it is time to get up, the bed brings you to sitting, so your injured side does not have to do any of the work. Raise your knees slightly to stay in place, and let the built-in massage ease the tension in your back. The WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed, comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, and carries a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame.

Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

You groom dogs all day, and your back and legs feel every wriggling one of them.

Lifting a nervous retriever onto the table, leaning over a squirming terrier, standing for hours with your arms raised and your back bent. You love the dogs and the work, but by closing time your lower back is aching, your shoulders are tight and your feet are throbbing from the concrete floor.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion helps groomers recover. Press Zero-G and your legs rise above your heart while your back settles into a supported curve, easing tired legs and taking pressure off your spine. Two low-noise massage motors work out the knots in your back and legs. Head and foot articulation lets you find the most comfortable angle, and three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote save your favorite recovery positions. One touch returns you to flat for deep sleep. USB-A and USB-C ports keep your phone charged for appointment reminders, soft under-bed lighting guides late-night steps, and a 10-year limited warranty backs it, through every busy season.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

Hours at the microscope leave your neck stiff and your back aching.

In the lab, the work demands focus: eyes pressed to the eyepieces, neck bent forward and shoulders still for long stretches at a time. The research matters, and you love it. But when you finally straighten up, your neck protests, your upper back burns and your lower back has settled into a stubborn ache.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion helps you recover from long sessions. Adjustable lumbar support rises into the curve of your lower back, so you can sit up in bed with real support. Active head tilt brings your head to a natural, relaxed angle after hours of looking down, and dual head and foot massage releases tension from your shoulders to your calves. Zero-G takes the load off your spine, and one touch returns you to flat for sleep. Under-bed lighting, USB-A and USB-C charging and an 18-button wireless remote with three presets keep everything within reach, and the upholstered deck-on-deck design, 8-inch tapered legs and headboard brackets make it look like fine furniture.

Dawn House Smart Bed

Since Dad passed, Mom hasn’t been sleeping, and you don’t know how to help.

She insists she is managing, and during the day she seems fine. But you can hear it in her voice in the morning, and you can see it in her eyes. The bed they shared for so many years feels empty, the nights are long and lonely, and you worry about her getting up at all hours in a quiet house.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion gives her comfort and gives you a gentle way to watch over her. Non-contact biometric sensors track heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, and the Dawn House app shows how her nights are going, so you can see whether she is resting and talk with her about it gently. Motion-activated under-bed lighting turns on as her feet reach the floor, and the bed raises and lowers for steady sitting and standing. She can adjust the head and foot, including Zero-G, by voice or backlit remote. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it is comfort for both of you.

Ergomotion

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

One of your legs is shorter than the other, and getting up from a low bed throws you off balance.

It might be from an old fracture, a hip replacement or simply the way you were born. Most days you manage with a lift in your shoe. But first thing in the morning, barefoot and stiff, pushing yourself up from a low mattress leaves you lopsided and wobbly, and the first few steps feel uncertain every time.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion gives you a steadier start. Raise the head with the wireless remote to bring yourself to sitting smoothly, then lift the entire platform up to 7 inches, so you can stand with less effort and keep your balance more easily. Optional support rails give you a firm handhold while you find your footing, and under-bed LED lighting shows the floor clearly, so you can reach your shoes. Zero Gravity and gentle full-bed tilt let you rest comfortably at night, and silent-drive motors keep the room quiet. Save your ideal height to one of three presets. Rated for 750 pounds, Ascend steadies every morning.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

A visiting nurse comes every day for his IV treatments, and the bed makes every visit harder.

The infusion line, the pole, the supplies and the nurse’s careful hands all need to fit around a bed that sits too low and too flat. He struggles to sit up for each treatment, the nurse bends awkwardly to reach his arm and every visit takes longer than it should while everyone works around the bed.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL makes home treatment easier for everyone. At the touch of a button, the base rises to nearly 21 inches, so the nurse can work at a comfortable height without bending, then lowers to about 13 inches when he wants to get in or out safely. The head rises to bring him to a comfortable seated position for his infusion, and the foot adjusts on whisper-quiet motors. Locking casters keep the bed steady around the equipment, and optional side rails add security. With optional dual-timed massage and wireless or wired controls, in Twin, Full, Queen and Split King, it turns daily treatments into a smoother routine.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

Mom cracked a rib while being lifted, and now you’re afraid to lift her at all.

Her bones are fragile, and a routine lift to help her sit up turned into a painful injury and a trip to the doctor. Now everyone in the family is terrified of hurting her again. You hesitate every time she needs help, and she lies uncomfortable for longer than she should because nobody wants to risk it.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master lets you help her without lifting her. It is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed: one motor raises her head slowly and smoothly, bringing her to sitting with no hands under her arms, one lifts her knees for comfort, and the third raises or lowers the whole bed so standing and transfers require less strain. The illuminated wireless hand control lets her make adjustments herself whenever she likes. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, paired with a soft Latexpedic natural latex mattress, it looks like a lovely bedroom bed, and our own team delivers it, sets it up and shows everyone how gentle care can be.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

You want to lie beside her and hold her hand while she rests.

For years you slept side by side, and now her care requires a bed that raises, lowers and tilts. The thought of a narrow hospital bed in the corner, with you in a chair beside it, breaks your heart. You want to be close to her, not just in the same room, but right there next to her.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master, in the Dual Split King size, lets you stay close. Her side has five fully electric motors controlling the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the frame, with Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg tilt for the positions her care requires. Your side sits right alongside, so you can lie beside her, hold her hand and share the quiet moments that matter most. Hi-low height on her side brings the bed up for caregivers and down for safer transfers, all from one simple handset. Paired with soft Latexpedic natural latex mattresses, it keeps you together, and our own team delivers, sets up and services it locally.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

His doctors want him sleeping on an incline to help his breathing, and the wedges keep collapsing.

Lying flat leaves him breathless and groggy, and the doctors were clear that sleeping with his upper body raised would help. But foam wedges compress under his weight, slide off the mattress and leave him half reclined and half slumped by midnight. He wakes tired every morning, and the breathing problems keep wearing him down.

The Tuffcare T7036 and T7042 hold the incline steadily, all night. Reverse Trendelenburg tilts the entire bed head-up, raising his upper body while keeping him straight and supported, with no wedges to compress or slip. Heavy-duty steel construction stays solid under the load: the T7036 is rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds on a 36 by 80-inch deck, and the T7042 widens to 42 by 80 inches. Fully electric hi-low operation raises the bed for caregiving and lowers it for safer transfers, and optional rails add security. Electropedic matches the right mattress, then delivers it, sets it up and services it locally, so he can breathe easier.

Questions from Riverside customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to Riverside?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout Riverside and all of California with its own staff, working from the Burbank showroom at 907 N. Hollywood Way. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 727-1954 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I try these beds before I buy?

Yes. Every model is on display at the Burbank showroom, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
