The collections

Begin with the mattress, the part of the bed that touches you all night, then choose the base that fits the way you live.

Latexpedic natural latex mattresses

Every Latexpedic mattress is built from pure natural Talalay latex, completely reversible, quilted on both sides and covered by a 20-year warranty. Certified organic GOLS latex with GOTS cotton and wool is available on request.

Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your crew sleeps in shifts at the station, and the bunks are worn out.

Twenty-four hours on, and the call can come at any moment. Between runs the crew grabs what rest it can on bunk mattresses that have been slept on by dozens of people, sagging, lumpy and long past their best. Responders who protect everyone else deserve better than waking up sore before the next alarm.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress gives every shift better rest. Two 3-inch layers of pure natural Talalay latex provide buoyant, even support that holds its shape through constant use, rotation after rotation. The slim profile suits standard bunk frames, and the quilted, zippered cover with handles makes it easy to flip and care for between crews. Natural latex resists dust mites, and every core is date-stamped, serialized and rated for firmness in nine separate areas. Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm. Completely reversible and backed by a 20-year warranty, it helps the people who answer the call get the rest they need to answer the next one.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

The relationship is over, but the dip on their side of the mattress is still there.

You have rearranged the furniture, repainted the walls and started fresh in nearly every way. But every night you lie down and feel it: the hollow where someone else used to sleep, pulling you toward the middle of a bed you no longer share. It is a small thing that keeps the past a little too close.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress is a clean slate. Three 3-inch layers of natural Talalay latex give you even, buoyant support from edge to edge, keeping your spine aligned and letting you stretch out across the whole bed if you like. Latex springs back instead of forming lasting body impressions, so it stays yours. Each layer zips inside a quilted cover, so the firmness can be tailored to your preference, and the 10-day firmness exchange swaps a layer for a flat $89 if you want a change. Reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it is the fresh start your bedroom has been waiting for.

Latexpedic

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your mattress is fifteen years old, and you keep telling yourself it still works.

It is not torn, it is not stained and it has never actually broken, so replacing it has always seemed wasteful. But you wake up stiff most mornings, there is a hollow you have learned to sleep around, and you sleep better in almost any other bed. Deep down you know it stopped working years ago.

The Ultimate 12-Inch shows you how good sleep is supposed to feel. Hand-crafted from natural latex, cotton and wool, it surrounds a 6-inch natural latex core with 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom, each in its own zippered chamber, delivering the even, buoyant support your old mattress lost long ago. Natural latex resists the sagging that slowly ruins ordinary beds, and the fully reversible design means even wear for years. Cotton and wool quilting on both sides breathes naturally. With four handles, four firmness choices and a 20-year warranty, The Ultimate is the mattress you will wish you had bought fifteen years ago.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

After hand surgery, you’re supposed to keep it raised above your heart, even while you sleep.

The surgeon’s instructions are clear: keep the hand elevated to control swelling and pain. During the day you manage with a sling and a pillow. At night you prop your arm on a pile of cushions, and within an hour you have rolled over, your hand has dropped and the throbbing wakes you up again.

The Electropedic WH2 helps you keep everything in the right place. Press a button and the head of the bed rises to a supported, reclined angle, so you can rest on your back with your hand propped comfortably on your chest or a pillow above heart level, and stay there. Raise your knees slightly to stay settled, and let the built-in massage ease your back. When you need to get up, the bed brings you to sitting without using your hands. The WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed, comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, and carries a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame.

Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

Long shifts in the rail yard leave your back and legs feeling every mile of track.

Climbing on and off cars, walking the yard in heavy boots, bracing against the jolt and sway of moving equipment. Railroad work runs around the clock, and your body feels all of it. By the end of a long shift your legs are heavy, your lower back is locked up and your shoulders are tight.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion helps you recover between shifts. Press Zero-G and your legs rise above your heart while your back settles into a supported curve, easing tired legs and taking pressure off your spine. Two low-noise massage motors work out the knots in your back and legs. Head and foot articulation lets you find the most comfortable angle, and three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote save your favorite recovery positions. One touch returns you to flat for deep sleep. USB-A and USB-C ports keep your phone charged for the next call, soft under-bed lighting helps at odd hours, and a 10-year limited warranty backs it all.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

Hours hunched behind a welding hood leave your neck and back aching.

Bent over the work, helmet down, arms steady and neck craned forward for hours at a time. The welds are clean and strong, and you take pride in them. But when the shift ends, your neck is stiff, your shoulders are knotted and your lower back aches from holding that position all day.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion gives a hardworking body a place to recover. Adjustable lumbar support rises into the curve of your lower back, so you can sit up in bed with real support. Active head tilt brings your head to a natural, relaxed angle after hours of looking down, and dual head and foot massage releases the tension from your shoulders to your calves. Zero-G takes the load off your spine, and one touch returns you to flat. Under-bed lighting, USB-A and USB-C charging and an 18-button wireless remote with three presets keep everything within reach, and the upholstered deck-on-deck design, 8-inch tapered legs and headboard brackets make it look like fine furniture.

Ergomotion

Dawn House Smart Bed

Your parents take care of each other, and you worry about what happens if one of them has a bad night.

They have been married for more than fifty years, and they still look after one another. Dad helps Mom with her medications, and Mom keeps an eye on Dad’s heart. But they are both getting older, they both sleep soundly with their hearing aids out, and you wonder whether either of them would notice if the other had trouble in the night.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion adds another set of eyes. Non-contact biometric sensors track heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, and the Dawn House app lets you see how their nights are going. Motion-activated under-bed lighting turns on as feet reach the floor, and the bed raises and lowers for steady sitting and standing. Head and foot positions, including Zero-G, adjust by voice or backlit remote, and an optional support rail adds confidence. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it is a beautiful bed that helps two devoted people keep looking after each other, with a little help from their family.

Ergomotion

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

With ankylosing spondylitis, your spine won’t bend or roll the way getting out of bed requires.

Years of inflammation have stiffened your back until it moves as one piece. Rolling to your side, curling up to sit and pushing yourself off a low mattress all depend on a flexibility your spine no longer has. Every morning you work out a slow, careful sequence to get vertical, and some mornings it simply takes too long.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion moves you without asking your spine to bend. Raise the head with the wireless remote, and the bed brings you up to sitting as a single unit. Then lift the entire platform up to 7 inches so standing requires less bending at the hips and knees. Optional support rails give you a firm handhold, and under-bed LED lighting shows the floor. At night, Zero Gravity and gentle full-bed tilt let you rest in positions that feel easier on a stiff back. Save your morning sequence to the three presets. Rated for 750 pounds, Ascend makes the first move of the day an easy one.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

After the accident, your son wears a back brace, and every move in bed has to be done carefully.

He is young, strong and determined to recover, but for now the brace keeps his spine still while the fractures heal. He cannot bend, cannot twist and cannot simply sit up the way he used to. Getting in and out of a low bed has become a slow, awkward process that frustrates him and worries you.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL makes recovery easier on both of you. Press a button and the head rises smoothly, bringing him up to sitting without bending at the waist. The base moves from about 13 inches to nearly 21, so he can stand from a height that keeps his spine straight, and you can help without stooping. The foot adjusts on whisper-quiet motors, and optional dual-timed massage soothes muscles tired from the brace. Locking casters keep the bed steady, and optional side rails give him a firm handhold. With wireless or wired controls he can use himself, in Twin, Full, Queen and Split King, it supports every step of his comeback.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

Moving Mom from the bed to the bedside commode is the most nerve-racking part of the night.

The commode sits right beside her bed, but getting her there is never simple. The bed is lower than the commode seat, so she has to push up and pivot from an awkward angle while you hold on and hope her legs cooperate. It happens several times a night.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master makes those transfers smoother. It is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed: the height motor raises or lowers the entire bed so you can match the mattress to the commode seat for a short, level pivot instead of a climb. Another motor raises her head to bring her up to sitting gently, and one lifts her knees for comfort. The illuminated wireless hand control is easy to find in the dark. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, paired with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress, it looks like a real bedroom bed, and our own team delivers it, sets it up and shows you how it works.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

His oxygen drops every time he lies flat, and the alarm keeps going off all night.

The pulse oximeter on his finger beeps whenever he slides down in bed or the pillows collapse. You wake, rush in, prop him up and watch the numbers climb again. Then you try to sleep, knowing it will happen again in an hour. Neither of you has had a full night’s rest in weeks.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master holds him in the position his care team recommends. Five fully electric motors control the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the entire frame. Raise his head and knees, then use reverse Trendelenburg tilt to keep his whole body inclined and straight, so he does not slide down into the position that sets off the alarm. Every setting is steady and repeatable from one simple handset, and hi-low height brings the bed up for caregiving and down for safer transfers. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it suits his bedroom, and our own technicians deliver, set up and service it locally.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

On a fixed income, the bed you buy has to last for many years.

Every dollar is spoken for, and a heavy-duty adjustable bed is a major purchase. You cannot afford to buy something that wears out in two years or a rental that drains your budget every month. You need a bed that is strong enough, adjustable enough and well-built enough to be the only one you will ever need to buy.

The Tuffcare T7036 and T7042 are built for the long run. Heavy-duty steel construction stays solid and quiet year after year: the T7036 is rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds on a 36 by 80-inch deck, and the T7042 widens to 42 by 80 inches. Fully electric hi-low operation raises the bed for caregiving and lowers it for safer transfers, and Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning meet medical needs at home. Optional rails add security. Electropedic also offers financing for qualified buyers and inspected used beds at half the regular price, and our own crew delivers, sets up and services every bed locally, so your investment is protected.

Questions from San Bernardino customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to San Bernardino?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout San Bernardino and all of California with its own staff, working from the Burbank showroom at 907 N. Hollywood Way. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 727-1954 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I try these beds before I buy?

Yes. Every model is on display at the Burbank showroom, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
