The collections

Begin with the mattress, the part of the bed that touches you all night, then choose the base that fits the way you live.

Latexpedic natural latex mattresses

Every Latexpedic mattress is built from pure natural Talalay latex, completely reversible, quilted on both sides and covered by a 20-year warranty. Certified organic GOLS latex with GOTS cotton and wool is available on request.

Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

The grandkids come for spring training every year, and the guest bed sends them home sore.

It is the highlight of your spring: grandchildren flying in, days at the ballpark, hot dogs, autographs and late-night card games. But the guest room bed is an old spare that sags in the middle, and every morning they shuffle into the kitchen rubbing their backs. You want them looking forward to the bed as much as the ballgames.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress makes the guest room a highlight too. Two 3-inch layers of pure natural Talalay latex give every visitor buoyant, even support, whether they are seven or seventy. Natural latex resists dust mites, and the quilted, reversible design with handles and a zippered cover makes it easy to flip and freshen between visits. The slim profile suits most guest-room frames. Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, with every core rated for firmness in nine separate areas. Backed by a 20-year warranty, it will welcome the grandkids for many springs to come, through every growth spurt and every extra-inning game.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

With a pacemaker on your left side, you can only sleep on your right, and now that shoulder aches.

Your doctor suggested you avoid lying on the side with the device, so every night you turn to your right and stay there. Months later, that shoulder has had enough. It aches against the mattress, your arm tingles by morning and you have nowhere else comfortable to turn, so you lie awake waiting for the alarm.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress makes one-sided sleeping far gentler. Three 3-inch layers of natural Talalay latex let your shoulder and hip sink in just enough to relieve the pressure that builds through the night, while the support beneath keeps your spine straight. The responsive latex makes small adjustments easy, so you can shift a little without fully waking. Each layer zips inside a quilted cover, so the feel can be tailored, and the 10-day firmness exchange swaps a layer for a flat $89 if you want it softer. Reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it helps your one sleeping side rest comfortably.

Latexpedic

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your last mattress came with a long warranty, but the sag in the middle wasn’t covered.

You paid for the premium model because of the impressive warranty. Then the dip appeared, deeper every year, and when you called, you learned that body impressions under a certain depth do not count. So you have been sleeping in a hollow ever since, with a warranty that technically still exists and a back that aches every morning.

The Ultimate 12-Inch is built so you will not need to argue about sagging. Natural latex is resilient, pushing back instead of collapsing into body impressions, and the fully reversible design lets you rotate and flip for even wear. Hand-crafted from natural latex, cotton and wool, it surrounds a 6-inch natural latex core with 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom, each in its own zippered chamber, so a single layer can be exchanged rather than replacing the mattress. Cotton and wool quilting covers both sides. With four handles, four firmness choices and a 20-year warranty from a family business since 1964, The Ultimate is built to last.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

A broken upper arm means you’re supposed to sleep sitting partly upright for weeks.

The fracture is healing in a sling, and the doctor’s advice was simple: do not lie flat, keep your upper body raised and let gravity help the arm rest. So you have been sleeping in the recliner, waking stiff and sore, and you miss your own bed more with every uncomfortable night.

The Electropedic WH2 brings you back to bed while you heal. Press a button and the head of the bed rises to the semi-upright angle your doctor described, and it holds steady all night with no pillows to shift. Raise your knees slightly so you do not slide down, and when it is time to get up, the bed brings you to sitting without using your injured arm. Built-in massage eases the stiffness in your back and shoulders. The WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed, comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, and carries a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame.

Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

League night at the bowling alley leaves your back, knees and shoulder aching.

Three games, a dozen approaches and that low, twisting release every single frame. You love the friendly competition and the friends on your team, but your lower back, your knees and your bowling shoulder all feel it by the time you get home. The next morning, getting out of bed takes a little longer than it should.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion helps you recover after league night. Press Zero-G and your legs rise above your heart while your back settles into a supported curve, taking pressure off your spine and easing tired knees. Two low-noise massage motors work through the tightness in your back and legs. Head and foot articulation lets you sit up comfortably and relax, and three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote save your favorite positions. One touch returns you to flat for deep sleep. USB-A and USB-C ports keep your phone charged for checking the standings, soft under-bed lighting guides late arrivals, and a 10-year limited warranty backs it, season after season.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

Hours at the lapidary bench cutting and polishing stones leave your neck and back aching.

It is the hobby you waited your whole career to enjoy: cutting, shaping and polishing stones until they glow. But the work is close and careful, with your head bent over the wheel and your shoulders still for hours. When you finally look up, your neck is stiff, your shoulders are knotted and your lower back aches.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion helps hobbyists recover after a long session. Adjustable lumbar support rises into the curve of your lower back, so you can sit up in bed with real support. Active head tilt brings your head to a natural, relaxed angle after hours of looking down, and dual head and foot massage releases tension from your neck and shoulders down to your calves. Zero-G takes the load off your spine, and one touch returns you to flat for sleep. Under-bed lighting, USB-A and USB-C charging and an 18-button wireless remote with three presets keep everything within reach, and the upholstered deck-on-deck design looks like fine furniture.

Dawn House Smart Bed

You’re raising your teenage grandchildren, and they keep later hours than you can.

Life took an unexpected turn, and now your home is full of teenagers again. They come and go at all hours, and you are too tired to wait up. Meanwhile your own health needs attention, and your adult children, who live out of state, worry about both you and the kids, especially at night.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion helps everyone worry a little less. Non-contact biometric sensors track your heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, and with the Dawn House app you can share how your nights are going with family far away. Motion-activated under-bed lighting turns on when your feet touch the floor, so late-night trips to check the front door are safer. The bed raises and lowers for easy sitting and standing, and you can adjust the head and foot, including Zero-G, by voice or backlit remote. An optional support rail adds confidence. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it helps you take care of yourself while you care for them.

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

Arthritis in your neck makes it painful to roll and twist your way out of bed.

Your neck has stiffened over the years, and turning your head sends a sharp ache into your shoulders. Getting out of bed means rolling to your side, propping yourself up and twisting, all motions your neck protests. You have learned to move carefully, but every morning still starts with a jolt of pain.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion lets you rise without rolling or twisting. A press of the wireless remote raises the head, bringing you up to sitting while your neck stays straight and supported. Then lift the entire platform up to 7 inches, so standing takes far less effort and bending. Optional support rails give you a steady handhold, and under-bed LED lighting shows the floor. At night, Zero Gravity and gentle full-bed tilt let you rest with your head and neck supported comfortably. Silent-drive motors keep everything quiet, and three presets save your favorite positions. Rated for 750 pounds, Ascend makes mornings gentler on your neck.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

A wound on his foot won’t heal, and the doctor says to keep weight off it completely.

Diabetes has slowed his healing, and the ulcer on the bottom of his foot needs time and protection. The instructions are strict: no weight on that foot and keep it elevated when he rests. But getting in and out of a low bed without putting pressure on it is nearly impossible, and every slip risks setting the healing back.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL protects his foot through every transfer. At the touch of a button, the base moves from about 13 inches to nearly 21, so he can sit and stand on his good foot from a comfortable height, or match his wheelchair seat for a level transfer. The foot section lifts on whisper-quiet motors to keep the wound elevated, and the head rises to bring him to sitting without effort. Locking casters keep the bed steady, optional side rails add a firm handhold and optional dual-timed massage helps him relax. With wireless or wired controls, in Twin, Full, Queen and Split King, it supports his healing.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

Dad wants to stay in his own home, not move to assisted living, and he needs the right bed to do it.

He has lived in the same house since he retired, he knows his neighbors and he walks to the clubhouse every morning. Lately, though, getting in and out of bed has become hard, and the family has started to talk about assisted living. He is not ready, and with a little help, you do not think he has to be.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master can help him stay home. It is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed: one motor raises his head so he can sit up easily, one lifts his knees for comfort, and the third raises or lowers the entire bed so he can sit and stand at a comfortable, steady height. The illuminated wireless hand control lets him do it all himself. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, paired with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress, it looks like the bed he has always had. Our own team delivers it, sets it up and services it locally, so his independence lasts.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

Her neurological condition makes her fall backward and limits where her eyes can look.

Progressive supranuclear palsy has changed how she moves and sees. She tends to tip backward, struggles to look down and needs careful positioning to see the people and things around her. In an ordinary bed, she slides into positions where she can only stare at the ceiling, cut off from conversation and the world beyond her room.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master helps position her so she can engage. Five fully electric motors control the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the entire frame. Raise her head and knees and use reverse Trendelenburg tilt to bring her upright, so her eyes naturally meet the people talking with her, and keep her supported so she does not tip backward. Trendelenburg tilts the other way when her care calls for it, all from one simple handset. Hi-low height brings the bed up for caregiving. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it suits her room, and our own technicians deliver and service it locally.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

He’s moving across the country to be near his kids, and his old bed isn’t making the trip.

After years far away, he is finally moving to Arizona to be close to his children and grandchildren. The movers are packed, but his old heavy-duty bed was too worn out to bring, and he arrives needing a strong, adjustable bed right away, in a new home, in a new state, where he knows nobody who can help him set it up.

The Tuffcare T7036 and T7042 can be waiting for him. Call our specialists, choose the right model and mattress and let our own crew deliver it, set it up and show the family how it works. Heavy-duty steel construction stays solid and quiet: the T7036 is rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds on a 36 by 80-inch deck, and the T7042 widens to 42 by 80 inches. Fully electric hi-low operation raises the bed so he can stand with less strain and lowers it for safer transfers, and Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning meet medical needs. Optional rails add security, and local service keeps him covered.

Questions from Surprise customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to Surprise?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout Surprise and all of Arizona with its own staff, working from the Phoenix showroom at 1035 E. Camelback Rd. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 733-1818 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I see these beds before I buy?

Yes. Visit the Phoenix showroom at 1035 E. Camelback Rd. Please call (800) 733-1818 or (602) 277-0706 for current hours and to confirm which models are on display. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
