The collections

Begin with the mattress, the part of the bed that touches you all night, then choose the base that fits the way you live.

Latexpedic natural latex mattresses

Every Latexpedic mattress is built from pure natural Talalay latex, completely reversible, quilted on both sides and covered by a 20-year warranty. Certified organic GOLS latex with GOTS cotton and wool is available on request.

Latexpedic

The 7-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

Your daughter wears a scoliosis brace at night, and her mattress makes it even harder to sleep.

The brace is doing important work, straightening her spine a little at a time. But it is hard and bulky, and on her old, lumpy mattress she cannot find a single comfortable position. She wakes up sore, tired and discouraged, and you worry that she will start leaving the brace off just to get some rest.

The 7-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress gives her a more comfortable place to wear it. Two 3-inch layers of pure natural Talalay latex provide even, buoyant support that cushions the hard edges of the brace while keeping her body level, so she can settle in and sleep. There are no springs to press against the brace and no soft spots to sink into. Natural latex resists dust mites, and the quilted, zippered cover with handles is easy to care for. Choose Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, with every core rated for firmness in nine areas. Backed by a 20-year warranty, it supports her through treatment and beyond.

Latexpedic

The 10-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

You like a truly firm bed, but firm mattresses leave your hips and shoulders aching.

You grew up sleeping on a firm surface, and soft mattresses feel like sinking into a swamp. Yet the firm mattresses in stores feel like plywood, pressing into your hips and shoulders until you wake up sore. You are stuck choosing between the firmness you prefer and the comfort your joints need.

The 10-Inch Latexpedic Natural Mattress gives you both. Choose Extra Firm or Ultra Firm natural Talalay latex for the solid, supportive feel you love, and the latex still yields just enough at the shoulders and hips to relieve pressure, something plywood-firm foams and springs cannot do. Your spine stays straight and your joints stay comfortable. Three 3-inch layers zip inside a quilted cover, so the feel can be fine-tuned, and the 10-day firmness exchange swaps a layer for a flat $89 if you want it firmer or softer. Reversible, naturally resistant to dust mites and backed by a 20-year warranty, it is firm the way your body actually wants.

The Ultimate 12-Inch Natural Latex Mattress

The new year is a time for fresh starts, and your old mattress doesn’t belong in yours.

You have cleaned the house top to bottom, cleared out the clutter and welcomed the new year with family, food and hope. Every corner of your home feels renewed, except the bedroom, where the same tired mattress waits with its sag in the middle and the aches it has given you for years.

The Ultimate 12-Inch is the fresh start your bedroom deserves. Hand-crafted from natural latex, cotton and wool, it surrounds a 6-inch natural latex core with 3-inch comfort layers on top and bottom, each in its own zippered chamber, so the feel can be tuned to you. The comfort layers ease pressure on hips and shoulders while the core keeps your spine aligned. Cotton and wool quilting on both sides breathes naturally and stays fresh, and the fully reversible design spreads wear evenly. With four handles, four firmness choices and a 20-year warranty, The Ultimate begins a new year of better sleep, and many good years after that.

Why back support matters

Every mattress company talks about comfort. The most important thing a mattress gives you is the right back support, and the right firmness is how you get it.

Electropedic

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

After treatment for head and neck cancer, swelling in your face and neck is worst in the morning.

The treatment did its job, and you are grateful. But your neck and jaw swell overnight, and you wake up tight, puffy and uncomfortable. Your care team suggested keeping your head elevated while you sleep, but pillows bend your neck forward and slide away, and by morning you are lying flat again.

The Electropedic WH2 raises your entire upper body to a gentle, even incline, keeping your head and neck elevated without kinking them forward. It holds the angle steadily all night, with no pillows to shift, a position many people find helps reduce overnight swelling. Raise your knees slightly to stay comfortably in place, and let the built-in massage ease tension in your shoulders. When it is time to get up, the bed brings you to sitting smoothly. The WH2 looks like a fine traditional bed, comes in Twin through Dual King in 74, 80 and 84-inch lengths, and carries a 20-year limited warranty on motors, electronics and frame.

Ergomotion

Rio 4.0 Adjustable Bed

Hours hunched over clients’ hands at the salon leave your back and neck stiff.

Manicure after manicure, you lean forward over the table, head bent, shoulders rounded and wrists steady for detailed work. You are fast, precise and proud of every set. But by closing time your neck is locked, your lower back aches from sitting curved all day and your shoulders are tight enough to give you a headache.

The Rio 4.0 by Ergomotion helps you unwind after a long day at the salon. Press Zero-G and your back settles into a supported curve while your legs rise, taking pressure off your spine and helping tight muscles let go. Two low-noise massage motors work through the knots in your back. Head and foot articulation lets you sit up comfortably with your neck relaxed, and three programmable presets on the 13-button wireless remote save your favorite positions. One touch returns you to flat for deep sleep. USB-A and USB-C ports keep your phone charged for appointment bookings, soft under-bed lighting guides late steps, and a 10-year limited warranty backs it all.

Ergomotion

Rio 6.0 Adjustable Bed

You lean over patients for hours placing needles, and your own back is the one that hurts.

Your work brings relief to people with pain every day, but it requires you to stand and lean over the treatment table for hours, head bowed, hands precise and back curved forward. Your patients walk out feeling better. You walk out with a stiff neck, tight shoulders and a lower back that could use some attention of its own.

The Rio 6.0 by Ergomotion gives healers a chance to heal. Adjustable lumbar support rises into the curve of your lower back, so you can sit up in bed with real support. Active head tilt brings your head to a natural, relaxed angle after hours of looking down, and dual head and foot massage releases tension from your shoulders to your calves. Zero-G takes the load off your spine, and one touch returns you to flat for sleep. Under-bed lighting, USB-A and USB-C charging and an 18-button wireless remote with three presets keep everything within reach, and the upholstered deck-on-deck design looks like fine furniture.

Dawn House Smart Bed

You work late at the family restaurant, and your parents are home alone in the evening.

The restaurant keeps the whole family going, and the evening rush keeps you there until close. Meanwhile your parents are at home, settling in for the night without anyone around. You call between orders, but you cannot see how they are doing, whether they got to bed safely or whether one of them is up and struggling.

The Dawn House Bed by Ergomotion lets you check on them between tables. Non-contact biometric sensors track heart rate, respiration and sleep patterns, and the Dawn House app shows how their night is going, right on your phone. Motion-activated under-bed lighting turns on as feet touch the floor, and the bed raises and lowers so sitting and standing feel steady. Head and foot positions, including Zero-G, adjust by voice or backlit remote, and an optional support rail adds confidence. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it is a beautiful bed that lets you focus on the dinner rush knowing your parents are resting well at home.

Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

Night leg cramps knot your calves, and standing up to stretch them from a low bed is agony.

It strikes in the middle of the night: a sudden, vicious cramp that pulls your calf tight. The fastest relief is to stand and stretch, but from a low mattress, getting up quickly while your leg is seized is nearly impossible. You struggle and wince, and by the time you are on your feet, the whole house is awake.

The Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt by Ergomotion helps you get up fast when it matters. Keep the platform raised up to 7 inches, so standing from bed takes far less effort, and press the wireless remote to bring yourself to sitting in seconds. Optional support rails give you something firm to hold while you stretch, and under-bed LED lighting shows the floor without waking anyone. Afterward, settle back in and use Zero Gravity or gentle full-bed tilt to rest your legs comfortably. Silent-drive motors keep the house quiet, and three presets save your favorite positions. Rated for 750 pounds, Ascend makes those nights shorter.

Flexabed

Flexabed Hi-Low SL

His dialysis access arm has to be protected, so he can’t push himself up with it.

The fistula in his arm is his lifeline, and the care team has stressed protecting it: no heavy pushing, no leaning and no sleeping on it. That leaves only one arm to help him get in and out of bed, and the low, flat mattress makes every attempt awkward and worrying for everyone watching.

The Flexabed Hi-Low SL protects his access by doing the work for him. Press a button and the head rises smoothly, bringing him to sitting without pushing on either arm. The base moves from about 13 inches to nearly 21, so he can stand mostly with his legs from a comfortable height, and caregivers can help on his other side without pulling. The foot adjusts on whisper-quiet motors, and optional dual-timed massage helps him relax on treatment days. Locking casters keep the bed steady, and optional side rails give his free hand a firm hold. With wireless or wired controls, in Twin, Full, Queen and Split King, it keeps his lifeline safe.

Transfer Master

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Bed

Dad has always slept on a firm bed, and the soft hospital mattress leaves him sore and restless.

The care bed the family rented came with a thin, soft mattress that sags under his hips and makes him feel like he is sinking. He has slept on firm surfaces his whole life, and now he tosses all night, wakes up stiff and asks every morning why the new bed is so uncomfortable.

The Supernal 3 by Transfer Master can be paired with the firm support he prefers. Electropedic matches it with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress in Extra Firm or Ultra Firm, so he gets the solid feel he is used to with enough cushioning to protect his hips and shoulders. The bed itself is a 3-motor, fully electric hi-low bed: one motor raises his head, one lifts his knees, and the third raises the whole bed for caregiving, then lowers it for safer transfers. The illuminated wireless hand control lets him adjust himself. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, it fits his bedroom, and our own team delivers it and sets it up.

Transfer Master

Supernal 5 Hospital Bed with Trendelenburg

Her hip is broken, but her heart is too weak for surgery, so she must heal in bed at home.

The doctors weighed the risks and decided against an operation. Instead, she will recover with rest, careful positioning and pain management, mostly in bed. It is a long road, and every adjustment must be gentle, because even small movements can hurt. An ordinary bed and a stack of pillows are simply not up to the task.

The Supernal 5 by Transfer Master makes careful, gentle positioning possible. Five fully electric motors control the head, the knees, the height of the bed and the angle of the entire frame, all moving slowly and smoothly, so she can be raised for meals, reclined to rest and shifted to relieve pressure without lifting or jostling her. Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg tilt adjust her whole body at once, keeping her hip still. Hi-low height brings the bed up so caregivers can work without bending. In Twin, Full, Queen and Dual Split King, paired with a Latexpedic natural latex mattress, it suits her bedroom, and our own technicians deliver and service it locally.

Tuffcare

Tuffcare T7036 and T7042

The rails on his care bed are so close together that they press against his hips.

He did not choose a narrow bed; it was simply what the supplier had. Now the side rails sit tight against his hips and shoulders, he cannot turn without bumping them, and he wakes up with sore spots where the metal pressed through the blankets. He feels hemmed in, and he rarely sleeps through the night.

The Tuffcare T7042 gives him room between the rails. Its 42 by 80-inch deck provides extra width, so he can lie comfortably and turn over without pressing against the sides, and optional rails are positioned around a bed that actually fits him. The heavy-duty steel frame stays solid and quiet, and if a standard width suits him, the T7036 offers a 36 by 80-inch deck rated to accommodate up to 600 pounds. Fully electric hi-low operation raises the bed for caregiving and lowers it for safer transfers, and Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg positioning meet medical needs at home. Electropedic matches the right mattress, then delivers, sets up and services it locally.

Questions from Westminster customers

Do you deliver natural latex mattresses and adjustable beds to Westminster?

Yes. Electropedic delivers, sets up and services every product on this page throughout Westminster and all of California with its own staff, working from the Burbank showroom at 907 N. Hollywood Way. We can also take away your old mattress. Call (800) 727-1954 to schedule.

Which firmness should I choose?

Every Latexpedic mattress comes in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm and Ultra Firm. The right choice depends on your weight, sleep position and back. Our specialists will guide you, and the 10-day firmness exchange lets you change a layer for a flat $89 charge.

Will a Latexpedic mattress work on an adjustable or hi-low bed?

Yes. Latexpedic mattresses are made to flex with adjustable beds and hold their shape in every position, including Zero-G, Trendelenburg and split king configurations.

What is the difference between an adjustable bed and a hi-low bed?

An adjustable bed raises the head and foot of the mattress. A hi-low bed also raises and lowers the entire bed, which makes transfers safer and gives caregivers a comfortable working height. The Ascend, Flexabed, Dawn House, Supernal and Tuffcare models offer height adjustment.

Can I try these beds before I buy?

Yes. Every model is on display at the Burbank showroom, open Monday to Saturday 10 to 5 and Sunday 12 to 4. Used beds at half the regular price, rentals and financing for qualified buyers are also available.
